Make Up Staples

I love make up. Plain and simple. One may have even called me a make up hoarder at one point. To my credit though, I have purged a TON of make up in the few months and haven’t really bought any new make up recently either. Here is a list of my make up essentials since simplifying my daily routine (I never noticed but I guess I love Make Up For Ever!). What are some of your make up staples? Let me know in the comments!

Make Up For Ever Ultra HD Foundation

Perfect for everyday. It is full coverage without being cakey or looking like you’re wearing a mask.

Laura Mercier Translucent Powder

The perfect setting powder! No flashback in pictures and doesn’t make you look powdery.

Make Up For Ever Full Coverage Concealer

I love this for spot concealing blemishes, post acne discoloration, and melasma.

L’Oreal Telescopic Mascara

This mascara make my lashes so long! I have tried so many other, drugstore and high end and nothing compares.

Urban Decay Setting Spray

This makes my make up last all day while I’m working or if I go out for the night. It also helps all your make up melt together so nothing looks too harsh.

NYX Eyebrow Pencil

I use to use the Anastasia eyebrow pencil which I loved but I feel like this one works just as well for a fraction of the price.

Make Up For Ever Artist Rouge lipstick

I love the formula of this lipstick. It’s not matte so it doesn’t last for hours and you will need to reapply after eating or drinking but it’s creamy, opaque, and non-drying. The shade Grege Beige is my perfect pinky-nude.

Buxom Full On Pumping Lip Gloss

This lipgloss stays on my lips forever. I can eat and drink without having to re-apply. It is on the stickier side so I wouldn’t recommend it if you’re going to be outside on a windy day. I love the color “Dolly.”

Milani Luminoso blush

Again with this product I used to use a high end dupe (NARS Orgasm), which is a great product, but I feel like I get the same color pay-off and longevity with this drugstore version. The perfect peachy-pink sheen.
